Charge Entry
XPark Solutions audits all charges to ensure that they are properly modified, have the most current ICD codes, and accurate CPT codes. We submit claims in a HIPAA-compliant format using 5010 EDI. The claim is tracked through the EDI system to the front end of the payor.
Payment Posting
XPark Solutions will manage the payment process and confirm receipt of all payments due to the client. XPark Solutions analyzes EOB (explanation for benefits) in order to ensure the correct posting. We make every effort to ensure that all payments are deposited directly into the bank account of our clients.
Patient Billing
XPark Solutions sends patient statements to any patient who has a balance due. Every patient statement includes our phone number for billing inquiries. XPark Solutions is happy to have a discussion with patients and will arrange payment plans if necessary.
